PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

AI Cargo Foundation is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that the use of our services, tools, internal websites, data exchange and processing platforms when your visit to our website or platform is completely secure.

AI Cargo Foundation has set up a personal data processing system. This in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD) n°2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27thof April 2016 and the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of the 6th of January 1978 called “Informatique et libertés”, as amended.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

AI Cargo Foundation stores only the personal data necessary for you to access and use our services.   This personal data includes, but is not limited to email address, telephone number, and other payment processing information as well as document payment processing and document creation data. At your request we will delete your personal data.

   

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only use your personal information to provide you with the products and services you have expressly requested.

We may also use your personal data in a way that does not allow you to be identified or authorises third parties to contact you, but which allows us to identify certain criteria concerning the users of our platform (for example, we may inform third parties of the number of registered users, the number of unique visitors, and which pages are visited most frequently).

The information in our system is accessible to authorised employees of AI Cargo Foundation only.       Our employees are required to adhere strictly to our policy and any violation of this policy will result in termination of employment and, if necessary, legal action.

 

DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON CONSENT

The purpose of this data processing is the proper performance and use of services, tools, internal sites, platforms for exchanging and processing data during your visit to our website or AI Cargo Foundation platform.

Information collected and processed on the site and the platform in the various forms: telephone number, surname/first name, company name, job title, e-mail address. The Data collected and processed can be accessed by contacting the data controller [email protected] and hosted by the following organisations:

All this information is subject to our data protection policy, our digital charter and our confidentiality policy for data transfers and processing (Confidentiality Agreement).

 

Data exchange :

As part of AI Cargo Foundation’s services, you may be required to transfer both personal and non-personal data to us to process in order to provide our services. This may include personal data that you warrant that you are entitled to disclose to us for the purposes of the services we provide. In this context, we ensure that the data is anonymised and/or used within the limits of the present document.

Your data is:

  • Communicated exclusively to the association and its members and partners who will process the data on behalf of the association in the context of the purpose of the request.
  • Potentially communicated to public bodies, exclusively to meet our legal obligations, and to judicial officers if necessary.
  • Kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the request: at the end of this period, it will be deleted.

 

Your data will not be:

  • Sold or used for any purpose other than that described previously.
  • Transferred to a country outside the European Union or to an international organisation.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

We do not sell or rent your identity or your personal data. We do not sell or rent our mailing list to outside service providers.

AI Cargo Foundation will not disclose your personal data to authorities unless required by law, search warrant, court order, subpoena, or fraud investigation.

AI Cargo Foundation will share your information with third parties but only to the extent that is necessary to provide the services and products you request. All third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to you and they are required to respect the confidentiality of your data.

 

MENTION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED BY THE TREATMENT PROCESSING

The right to access your personal data being processed (Article 15 of the RGPD).

The right to withdraw your consent at any time, without compromising progress made thus far (article 7 of the RGPD).

The right to rectify inaccurate data and to complete incomplete data (article16 of the RGPD)

The right to obtain the erasure of your data, in cases provided for in Article 17 of the RGPD.

The right to have the processing of your data restricted (article 18 of the RGPD): by exercising this right, you will stop all or part of the processing of your personal data with the exception of its retention.

The right to portability of your data (article 20 of the RGPD): by exercising this right you can request that the association provide you with your personal data in a structure commonly used and machine-readable format so that you can use it yourself or entrust it to another data processor.

The right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (article 13 of the RGPD).

 

DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

The information that you provide when you join our association or access our websites, that you connect to our services (website; platform; login; identifier) or that you transfer to us as part of a service, is treated in the strictest confidentiality.

 

RGPD

Each member undertakes to comply with the regulations on the protection of personal data in force, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27th April 2016 (or “RGPD”), as well as the French Data Protection Act of “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6 1978 as amended relating to information technology, files and freedoms.

To this end, each member undertakes to collect and process only data that is mandatory for projects and to provide useful and necessary information to the persons concerned.

Each member declares that it will only share personal data for which they have any rights authorising them to process and communicate
